If someone breaks in to YOUR home, you just want the Police to catch the bad guy. ASAP!
Caught in the act is the best way. Obviously.
But because there are so many FALSE ALARMS, the Police won’t treat a burglary as urgent, unless you can prove it’s a ‘crime in progress’.
And catch the toerag.
